NOTICE
The Township of Casco Board of Review will meet at 4512 Meldrum Road, Casco, Michigan, on March 7th, 11th, and 12th, 2024. The Board will organize and review assessments on Tuesday, March 5th at 10 a.m. (no protests will be heard at this meeting). The Board will hear protests from aggrieved property owners on Monday, March 11th from 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. – 9 p.m., and on Tuesday, March 12th from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. (noon) and 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. Letter appeals are to be accompanied by a complete Board of Review petition form (L-4035) available at www.michigan.gov/treasury and must be received by 12 p.m. (noon) on March 12th, 2024.
The tentative ratios and estimated multiplier necessary to compute individual state equalize values are as follows:
